Stanton State Bank will never request personal or account information from you by email or text message. Never feel like you are obligated to provide your personal information. If you are ever solicited, ignore the email or text message and contact us immediately.
Contact the Bank immediately if at any time you believe you may have given out any personal or account information, or if your information seems like it may be compromised, or if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.
TIPS
- Use strong passwords. Choose a password with at least 12 characters and a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Do not reuse passwords. If a password that you’ve reused multiple times becomes compromised, that one breech can compromise your information across multiple services and websites.
- Do not provide confidential information such as Social Security numbers, Account numbers, or passwords over the phone or e-mail. Stanton State Bank will never e-mail you requesting this information.
